Ohio Appendix C · Rule 5101:2-12-07 — The following information is required by the State of Ohio to be provided to all families enrolled in a licensed childcare center.

 

This center is licensed to operate legally by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (ODCY). The license is posted in a noticeable place in the center for your review.

At Exploring Excellence Learning Center. I have 10 years of professional childcare experience including working with children with disabilities. I have an Associate of Science degree and a Child Care development associate. I enjoy supporting children, families and staff grow into successful individuals.

    Welcome to Exploring Excellence Learning Center EELLC!

    This handbook is designed to enlighten you with our policies and procedures, and to open the doors of continual communication regarding your child's growth and development. Please review the policies outlined here, and feel free to direct any questions and/or comments to our center administrator.

    Exploring Excellence Learning Center Corp. is licensed for operation for the care of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.
