By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EELC website and communication services. They do not replace our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

Exploring Excellence Learning Center is a licensed childcare and early learning center serving children from birth through 12 years of age.

 

2. Educational Services

Exploring Excellence Learning Center provides childcare and educational services for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.

EELC utilizes Creative Curriculum® by Teaching Strategies to support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and developmental growth through research-based learning experiences.

Program offerings, classroom availability, schedules, partnerships, and educational services may change at the discretion of EELC.

 

3. Use of Website and Services

The EELC website and communication systems are intended for:

EELC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate enrollment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and center policies.

 

5. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians agree to:

Maintain current emergency contact information

Provide required medical and immunization records

Notify EELC of changes to contact information, custody arrangements, authorized pickups, emergency contacts, or medical conditions

Review communications sent through Playground, email, text messages, or other approved channels

Follow all center policies outlined in the Parent Handbook

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information maintained by EELC remains accurate and current.

 

6. Playground and Communication Services

EELC utilizes Playground and other communication methods to share information with families.

Communications may include:

  • Daily reports

  • Attendance notifications

  • Classroom updates

  • Parent-teacher communications

  • Menus and schedules

  • Emergency notifications

  • Weather-related closures

  • Center announcements

  • Program updates

  • Family event information

  • Billing reminders

  • Parents are responsible for maintaining access to their Playground account and reviewing communications regularly.

 

7. SMS and Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you consent to receive communications from EELC.

Communications may be delivered through:

  • Text messages (SMS)

  • Phone calls

  • Emails

  • Playground notifications

  • Other approved communication methods

 

Communications may include:

  • Enrollment follow-ups

  • Tour confirmations and reminders

  • Childcare service updates

  • Attendance notifications

  • Emergency alerts

  • Billing reminders

  • Program updates

  • Center announcements

  • Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance regarding text messaging services. Certain emergency, safety-related, legal, or operational communications may continue when necessary for the health and safety of enrolled children.

 

8. Parent Resources and Website Information

The EELC website may provide:

  • Parent resources

  • Program descriptions

  • Educational information

  • Parent Handbook access

  • Enrollment information

  • Forms and documents

  • Community resources

All website content is provided for informational purposes only. EELC makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current; however, policies, procedures, schedules, tuition, program offerings, partnerships, and services may change without prior notice.
